✅ Before You List
- Ensure your property is ready for photography (clean, decluttered, staged if possible).
- Confirm property details (lot size, taxes, utility costs).
- Prepare digital copies of your ownership documents (deed, survey, etc.) for verification.

- Submit up to 50 high-resolution images.
- Photos must accurately represent the property (no watermarks or filters).
- Virtual tours must be hosted on approved links (YouTube, Matterport, Vimeo, etc.).
🏠 Open Houses
- You can post unlimited open houses through your seller dashboard.
- Open house dates/times must be accurate and removed promptly after the event.
✏️ Listing Updates
- You may request unlimited edits at any time via email or your account portal.
- Price changes, description edits, or photo replacements are processed within 24 hours.
🕒 Listing Duration
- Listings remain active for 6 months (renewable at a reduced rate if desired).
- You may suspend or terminate your listing at any time.
